Privacy and Security

Our Location Based Services are designed with very stringent privacy and security controls.

Our location services are 100% consent based. Customers must consent to allow us to locate their mobile phone or GPS device in order for us to show this location on a computer map. Customers can revoke this consent at any time, on so doing, we delete all information relating to the customer.

When a customer creates an account with us to

locate family members, only they can access this account. When customers create an account, they are sent a six digit PIN to their postal address ( same as for a bank card ). To access the account the customer must enter their username, password and three of the six digits from the PIN number.
