Visibility

GeoPal shows you the realtime location of your mobile workers using the Geopal application on their GPS smartphones. Workers can also clock in and out of shifts from their phone.

Job Scheduling

With Geopal you can create and schedule jobs for your mobile workforce and dispatch the details to their mobile phones. If the jobs need to be re-arranged you can adjust the schedule and resend it to the workers.

Proof of Service Delivery 

GeoPal keeps a complete record of the routes travelled and the addresses visited by your mobile workers. GeoPal tracks the length of time spent at each location, thereby ensuring an accurate audit trail is kept on record.

Job Reports

Workers write job reports using the GeoPal mobile app. Photographs and customer signatures can be captured electronically on the phone and added to the job report. Supervisors view the job reports from the GeoPal Web app.
